For 140 years, it has told consumers that the product they are buying was made by workers who have the protection of a union contract — fair wages, safer conditions, and a collective voice on the job.
But the Union Label has always meant more than just a mark on a package. It represents the idea that working people can support one another not only on the shop floor, but in the marketplace as well.
